Michelle is an expert and has such a fun personality. I came in for a consultation with no photo to show, all I knew is that I wanted to go darker and I needed a haircut. She gave me her expert opinion and an hour and a half later, I had the hair I had envisioned plus more. She really listens to what you want, yet gives her real advice to come up with the perfect plan. Do recommend
