If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Ordered from this company & the product needs to be returned b/c it doesn’t fit. Reached out via phone & email multiple times & no response. My next step is to contact BBB & Colorado Attorney General’s offices.
Placed an order in early December and no contact from them what so ever since then. I've attempted every avenue to get ahold of them... multiple times. I used to go here all the time too, it's sad. Don't rip me off after years of spending good money there.
Ordered slippers and received incorrect item. Reached out for exchange via email 3 times and left 2 voice-mails. Have yet to receive even an acknowledgement. Very disappointed with service.
I ordered a pair of slippers in November as a Christmas present and we are now in February. I have not received my order and have called and emailed multiple times to find out the status of my order. They have not written back or returned my phone call. I have used this company for the last 4 years, very disappointed with them.
