I would not sent an animal to this office! The receptionist at the desk With black hair was so rude. I had to ask her several times, what she said. I couldn't hear her. This happen about 3 or 4 times. The last time I said excuse me she then became very upset. Almost yelling at me. She then gave me papers to fill out. As I was filling out the paper work. The first thing I asked about when I called the office was if they accept my dental insurance. I was given a positive answer and made an appointement in like 3 weeks. My appointment was on 10/29/12, the day Sandy was expected, and the office closed early, before my appointment time. It was rescheduled for 4pm 11/14/12, another 2 weeks wait. When I came in on 11/14/12, the line of people was spilling out on the street!!!!!!!!! If i could give it a zero star i would. Very, very, very rude staff, they ignored my questions, i was talking to them on the phone and she didn't want to answer my questions, she literally hung up the phone in my face. I called my insurance and filed a compliant against them. I will never go there and will never recommend them to anyone.

Very nice office, crowed well air conditioned. Primarly a good place to have oral surgery :)
