Great friendly staff and clean environment. Super great at doing the best they can for your health care needs. They have free fitness DVD's, some free books, pencils, stickers, and when in stock Tick removal tool (Tick puller's) if ask for. Sometimes they have some different things in baskets out in waiting room as well.
After being lied to many times. Having our blood work lost and our medical files lost! Vaccines lost! I decided not having any doctor was better than going to Sheepscott. They do not care about their patients at all. Very cold hearted people here. They do not belong in healthcare. This is the absolute worst health center I’ve ever seen! I wouldn’t take a wounded animal here! This facility should be closed down!
Let's see, lots of complaints. Where to start. They are not very responsive, one has to call several times before you hear back from a practitioner, most of the time it's not the one assigned to you. They seem to be very worried about the opioid epidemic to the point that they worry more about the patient you may become vs the patient you are right in front of them. This place almost never answers their phones, my husband got assigned a new doctor and he is the worst doctor I have ever met. Does not prioritize the health of the patient, is incredibly dismissive and has no knowledge of medications or how to understand symptoms?? Way better off finding another place.
