Very disappointed with this company. Their handling of my CPAP approval by medicare included a series of mistakes and oversights on their part and because of this...... the whole process including a repeat sleep study had to be redone. In addition, I was told contradicting information by different employees. Every time I called about the situation, no one seemed to know anything about my case. They have been great to work with, I have the most respect for them, I have extreme apnea with high pressures and they have gone above and beyond trying to make everything work.
These folks are awesome, friendly to work with, Christian, atmosphere easy and eager to work with you in any sitiuation, knowledgeable about the products they sell, well file insurance and work with your doctor and all around very helpful
Great care! I was referred to this company and i am very thankful. If you want VERY personal care this is the place to go. They made the whole experience and transition easy for me, coming to my house setting me up and teaching me how to use it. If you have any questions there are so many ways to reach their friendly knowledgable staff. I love the fact that it is family owned and operated, so i didn't feel like just another number. Highly recomend this company!
