At Sheepdog Krav Maga we never forget who we are training. While some of us may have prior military, police or significant martial arts experience, most of us are normal, everyday people, working our forty plus hours per week, maintaining a home and going about all of our other duties. However, we can’t ignore the threats present today. And despite where we are in life, WE ALL NEED TO TRAIN!!

It was a good workout without being too strenuous! I love how they can have multiple levels in the same class and I know when I get into better shape, they will still be able to challenge me. They accommodated my extremely ADHD kid, and allowed him to take the same class as me despite being a bit young. I was ready to sign up the first day!
It is located in the Warehouse to your right when you drive-in towards the back. It is in the same place as a crossfit is in. Coach Bill is awesome and veey knowledgeable, my son loves coming here and we will continue to come here.
Bill & Trinity did a private training session with my team at work. Oh. My. Gosh. They were so informative; so applicable to real-life situations; and so clear in the "how to." I cannot recommend them enough; what an amazing night! I can't wait to hire them for another group training very soon.
Bill has an immense knowledge base that allows him to work with anyone in the top levels of EP to someone who's never thrown a punch. I cannot say enough good things!
