Dr. Hansraj is our family doctor since we came here in Canada, there are times that He was good to us.. but more often not to my husband he always say that he is fine even my husband is complaining he’s not feeling well. Very comfortable being there, very accommodating
This review is only for Dr. Hansraj, and does not reflect rest of the staff which is awesome. As mentioned Dr. became very condescending in behaviour especially towards women. Does not offer any solutions just endless waiting for results and more meds. Even when test results do come back you have to chase him to look at it and give you opinion, which is just sending you to see another specialist. He's solution is prescribing stronger meds that do nothing only worse side effects while you suffer with chronic pain. Instead of ... read more
I was so amazed by the pharmacist when I went in for eye drops this morning, I didn't have a prescription and polysporin was on order. The pharmacist was kind and filled a prescription for me which was so awesome. Thank you for being so caring. God bless.
I have had two of the most awful experiences with this clinic. First, after my long time doctor got sick, all other doctors were “not comfortable” to write me a prescription for medication I’ve been on for years. I was told to go find a new doctor. So I tried to clarify my doctor was not coming back. They said they didn’t know if he was coming back. I asked why I would find a new doctor if mine may return. I was met with nothing but attitude.
