Sheena Dover is amazing! She has helped me through a lot I struggle with mental heath and the staff was amazing when I was at my lowest as well as getting me PT for my physical disability she has been very understanding and supportive! I love her and am very sad she is leaving Jackson Purchase

I'm assuming this joke of a place doesn't give AF about their patients as my mother went in early yesterday morning for severe bleeding and was given "birth control" to stop the bleeding but was told NOT to take anything until an ultrasound was done.Here.it is the NEXT day AND NO DAMN WORD FROM THEM. This place genuinely seems like a BIG joke.
I genuinely love and appreciate doctor Dover and her staff! Her staff are very friendly, professional, and supportive! They made me feel important and valued. My partner and I were extremely happy about our time here. They also took excellent care of our baby. Dr. Dover herself, she is so kind and knowledgeable! She listened my concerns and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about them. She was always so honest . Her level of care and compassion is unmatched and I would recommend her to anyone!
The whole experience was not great. I felt judged and as if I were not important. I went in on a Friday to see if I miscarried or not. The office got my results the same day but never called me. I called up there and was told to wait until the doctor review my results then never got a call back. Here it is Monday and now they aren’t answering anyone and the one time they did answer I was told they didn’t have my results yet. I called the Lab and they informed they in fact did receive the results on Friday.
