I've been seeing Sheena for about a year and a half and I won't go anywhere else. She's very intuitive and will mix up the treatment to cover your needs. She does lymphatic drainage massage which is hard to find in this area! She's knowledgeable about Lipedema and provides a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Sheena is wonderful! I was a little wary about Ashiatsu because I don’t love super deep tissue work. I was blown away with my experience. Her massages are such high quality and intuitive I leave feeling like an entirely different person. Highly recommend.
