Dr. CarlLee took care of me at the University of Iowa CVICU when I had my heart attack caused by a VSD. I cannot say enough praise for the wonderful care she gave me. I only wish she was close enough to be my doctor now. Thank you, Dr. CarlLee. I will never forget you!

Dr. CarlLee has been my primary care provider for over a year and has always been so helpful. She takes the time to listen and to genuinely help her patients, and the entire office staff is just as kind and attentive.

She listens to you, no matter how long it takes, and never makes you feel rushed. She is very thorough covers all the bases. She doesn’t hesitate to order tests that she feels you may need. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Sheena CarlLee! Never had any problems making an appointment and always seen quickly after getting to the office. Office staff are also very friendly. Wonderful all the way around!

I am so thankful to find Dr. CarlLee. She asked great questions and listened to my responses, I felt seen and heard. She offered a few options for my issues, that we discussed to create a plan moving forward. She did not hurry me out of the office. I did not have issues calling the office (Plaza Internal Medicine) or making an appointment.

I made an appointment to see this MD for a wellness check and establish myself as a patient. I hand delivered their lengthy paperwork days before the appointment. When time for the appointment, after waiting and watching many people arrive and be called back, I learned that the office ppl had lost my paperwork and they wanted me to recreate the entire packet.
