Four months ago I talked to Fredrick,he wanted 700.00 to review my case I said no,IF YOU weren't taking my case I'd go elsewhere, he then says no problem he will take my case, HE SAID once other firm of so called trustees received letterhead FROM their firm,STARK LAW MY problems with trust would be resolved. I hired Sheela Stark for my son’s Conservatorship in October 2023, she showed empathy during the consultation, but she was quick to tell me her rates would be increasing so I I needed to get it started ASAP since my son would be turning 18 in 6 months. I paid the entire amount upfront and completed all the paperwork I was told to do. My son turned 18 in March 2024, I was not given a court date until September/October. Sheela and her office really helped me throughout this stressful time. I was concerned with the litigation that was happening with my probate case but they supported and reassured me.
