Have been seeing Dr Chandra and Brooke for 15 years with my ongoing gastrointestinal and esophageal issues - have been treated with care and respect - they both really care
I really liked Dr. Chandra when I met her and she performed my first colonoscopy. However, over the weekend I had quite a bit of blood in my *poop* for a day and a half. I called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment with her, not knowing how serious this might be. Today is April 7. Her first available appointment is November. Seriously? This provider changed my appointment to a virtual visit and never asked me or verified with my insurance if it was covered. During the appointment she didn't allow me to talk. It felt rushed. I called several times once I received a bill and spoke with Daniella (Clinic Adm). Daniella got back with me and advised Dr. Chandra said the bill stands. I will never use Keksey Seybold. You lost a patient for $200. Thank God there are hundreds off ethical doctors with integrity.
The Nurse practiser was very knowledgeable, thorough and asked some important questions. Dr. was thorough with requesting test and explained the procedure.
Dr. Chandra was informative and listened.
