Very disappointed with this experience. I reached the location, rang the doorbell, and called the salon, only to receive a text saying that no one was inside and that an appointment was required before coming. If the salon operates from a residential location and requires appointments in advance, this should be clearly mentioned in the listing or provided beforehand. It’s extremely frustrating to travel all the way there and waste valuable time because this information wasn’t communicated.
The hairdresser very welcoming and has done an amazing job with my hair. Has given me great advice to take care of my hair better by putting coconut oil regularly. As someone from the uk I would say she’s the best hairdresser I had. People from Canada definitely go to her she’s will do amazing work with your hair.
Fatima was an angel! She accommodated my unusual time request, worked within the strict time window I gave her, and did a beautiful job with my haircut and styling.
Paid for a packaged set of services that were never completed, and after offering a partial refund, she refused to provide it — extremely unprofessional experience. I have visited this home-based parlour a couple of times before and things were okay, which is why I returned. This time, I was given a packaged price for multiple services. I had such a great experience today! I got both a haircut and color done, and I absolutely love the results. She is incredibly professional. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the color turned out exactly how I wanted. What I appreciated the most is her honesty—she gives you her genuine opinion and tells you exactly what your hair needs, without trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. On top of that, she is so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
