This place is awful. I’ve tried making 2 appointments with no success and landed myself in the emergency room both times because they can’t see me. Imagine kidney infection & kidney stones all in one. It shouldn’t ever be like this, trying to see your provider after 2 emergency visits. Thank you for doing nothing for me, great clinic(:
Dr Jain cares about her patients, is friendly and informative and gives you options for your treatment. Spotless facility with friendly staff that truly care.
I’ve been seeing dr.Jain for years, the absolute best. And Vanessa at the front desk is always very attentive and helpful.
Dr Jain is a great doctor. She takes her time to listen to all of your concerns & addresses each of them. The HUGE problem I have with this office, is the staff NEVERRRRRRR answer their phones & it does not matter if you leave a vm, or a couple vm’s, they do NOT return your calls. Due to this, it takes forever just to make an appt, and once you have one, they schedule you weeks out….. urgency of the concern does not matter to them……. Dr. Sheena Jain is the best doctor I have ever seen. She has very good bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and great recommendations for lifestyle and medications. She explained my diagnosis in a very through, understandable manner. Very pleasant, and does not rush. Would 100% recommend!
