Dr Francis is kind, caring, and patient. She figured out what was causing my myositis and set up I plan to help me. I felt confident in her knowledge and abilities to make me myself again. Her staff is warm,friendly and always smiling which is direct reflection of Dr. Francis. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone looking for a rheumatoligist.
Dr Sheeja Francis is the absolute best doctor I have ever met! I have RA along with bone issues, if it wasn’t for her knowledge and expertise I’d probably be in a wheelchair chair. She also asks you about your overall health and guides you along the way even if it’s not related to RA. I feel like a new person! She is very kind, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Francis is the best. She is kind, patient and a great rheumatologist.
We called for a appt. on 1/16 we also sent a request for a appt. on the web-site. It is now 1/23 and haven't received a call, a text, or e-mail. They said 24-48 hrs somebody will get back to us! Shame on the office staff this is unacceptable. So we went to another place.
I wish there were more "Dr Francis" out there. She's amazing.
