Been trying to make an appointment since begining of March 2026, ive left numerous weekly messages, emails and its now June 4,2026 and ive finally received a call back. No appointments until January 2027. I was told Reason nobody answers is due to the person who responds and takes care of new patients hasn't been in office for a while. Ridiculous answer . Dr Francis is the absolute best physician I’ve ever seen. She has a warm, caring bedside manner and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She creates a therapeutic environment where I feel like we are a partnership in my care. In a healthcare system that is designed to be a conveyor belt running at 3x speed; Dr Francis utilizes the time she has with her patients in a friendly and efficient manner. I wish there were more doctors like her!
Dr Francis is kind, caring, and patient. She figured out what was causing my myositis and set up I plan to help me. I felt confident in her knowledge and abilities to make me myself again. Her staff is warm,friendly and always smiling which is direct reflection of Dr. Francis. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone looking for a rheumatoligist.
Dr Sheeja Francis is the absolute best doctor I have ever met! I have RA along with bone issues, if it wasn’t for her knowledge and expertise I’d probably be in a wheelchair chair. She also asks you about your overall health and guides you along the way even if it’s not related to RA. I feel like a new person! She is very kind, compassionate, and caring.
