Customer service is severely lacking now that ownership has changed. About two months ago, we found out that the service shop made a repair using a zip tie. Called, spoke to the Manager who said he would order the part and when it came in, we only needed to schedule the appointment with a service loaner. If I could give zero stars, I would first I go in for a service a couple of months ago and they don't fix the issue then I have to come back for the same issue and pay a whopping fee plus the fee I had paid originally for work that didn't fix the problem. Oh, and then when I come in to pay for the service that eventually was completed, they won't allow me to use a Volvo coupon I received in the mail. I dropped my car off at 8:30a to get several services done and to troubleshoot some issues. I drive a company car and they have very specific instructions on what needs to be done at each service visit. Kristen took a photo of the card and said she would be in contact about the car. At 2:30, I texted her about the status and she said it was with the tech. I'm totally put off that the person who I was talking to about these repairs on my car couldn't even drive my car because it has a manual transmission. She didnt even know it had a manual transmission until she had to take back her offer to pull it out of their iced-over parking lot. So I guess we're both a little embarrassed because I paid so much for so little. Extremely expensive. I can't believe they charge over $100 to install a battery - it's just two bolts.
