I brought my vehicle to Sheehy Volkswagen to diagnose a safety/emergency system warning light on my dash. Because the emergency SOS components are located in the ceiling, the service team had to drop the overhead console to access them. The technician clearly removed the housing improperly and snapped the internal plastic mounting brackets and screw tracks. I purchased the VIP club package for service and it was highly disappointing. I went in for a VIP oil change and inspection. It took almost 3 hours to complete. Customers who came in for a standard oil change, an hour after me and 45’mins after me, were done first. It seems as though since they’re paying, they actually take priority where as my payment is tied to my monthly bill. I love my Volkswagen, but I’m regretting choosing Sheehy and I still have 2 1/2 years left on my lease.
