Nearly 15 years ago, I rated Bill Kidd's service center as 5 stars, and my rating stood firm after every visit. Flash forward to 2025 after the Sheehy takeover, and I unfortunately have to revise my rating to 1 star. I made an appointment for Saturday, 12/27/25 for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection for a recall. I purchased my Toyota Corolla from Bill Kidd’s in 2019 and have taken it back to this location for every service since then. I never had a single issue, until now. My most recent visit was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. To put the it into perspective, my Corolla at the time of visit had 80,000 miles. I had a 2:30 PM drop-off appointment because my car was making an intermittent metal clanking noise from the underneath rear area of my car while the engine was under throttle and torque.
