1 star because I can’t give 0. Warning- do not service your vehicle here and do not accept a rental from this company. My husband had to bring his truck in for an engine recall. He was told it would take 1 week and was given a rental truck. The engine replacement ended up taking 3 weeks and the dealership provided little follow up throughout the process. 2 hours for an oil change
I ordered a tire rim from Sheehy over the phone. I asked the agent if I needed to pay for it first. He said I didn't have to. I could pay when I picked it up. I said that I had a Service appointment scheduled and asked if I needed to pick it up beforehand. He said I didn't have to and he would carry it over to Service, as it was right down the hall from Parts.
