I purchased my Toyota Corolla from Bill Kidd’s in 2019 and have taken it back to this location for every service since then. I never had a single issue, until now. My most recent visit was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. To put the it into perspective, my Corolla at the time of visit had 80,000 miles. For the past 7 years, I’ve brought all three of my cars here for service, but this is the first time I’ve ever been charged a diagnosis fee. Maybe it’s because the ownership changed? If I had just taken the estimate and gone somewhere else, I would understand, but I went ahead with the repair right away and was still charged. I even spoke with the service advisor and the manager, but they did not offer any credit. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for vehicle purchases or service in the future.

New truck had the oil changed found some drops of oil few days later under truck. Turns out the oil drain plug was finger tight. Last time I got my tires rotated and there were scratches on my new rims from this location. Will not be returning, DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
