Fast and friendly, very informative kept me posted on the work being done.
They bugged me multiple times with emails about leaving a review and I purposely waited until after the 30 day powertrain warranty beforehand to be sure I wasn't getting screwed since I am a woman. And low and be hold, it happened. First time buying from an actual dealership and I've had a worse experience with them than ANY small dealership. Go figure, haha. Customer service from the parts end is great. Juan here kept in touch with me and helped solve my problem. I bought a roof rack for my Tacoma online from another state. There were issues with the hardware being incorrect that wasn’t really sheehys fault and more of a manufacturing issue. They took the sacrifice on shipping and extra parts to make sure the right thing was done for my install.
