Went in for a state inspection, part needed to be replaced. Set up an appointment, turns out they never ordered the part. Wait for weeks, never being told the part had come in. Called myself, finally get connected to a person, its been sitting in the warehouse the whole time. Come back in, turns out they only ordered half of what they needed in the first place. Great place to have my car serviced. Friendly staff and they send videos of what needs to be done. Pretty cool.
Due to squirrels eating my two subarus, I have been to my local Subaru dealer numerous times. Each visit takes 2-3 trips due to a part needing to be ordered or wrong diagnosis after the new part is installed and didn't fix the problem. Dealers just don't stock parts anymore.
