i loved the staff here, Shuan was so helpful and kind in answering my questions to do with the pre-approval of services. Keith was also very kind, the manager, in helping me fix the issues with my Key Fobs. I also seriously appreciated the customer service from all ends, including those who first welcomed us into the store. John, over the phone was also very helpful.
