I scheduled awhile you wait oil change for 12:30. When I got there, there were 5 employees in the bay. One was working, 2 were arguing about where to have lunch, one guy never looked up from scrolling on his phone and one guy appeared to be napping in front of his computer. As I checked in, I was told they were backed up and it would be two or more hours. Requested work to be performed witch was transmission and brake service and never addressed my transmission problem !
Took car in for service and they weren't able to reproduce issue. Also very bad at communication (reaching out to customer and sometimes when you try to reach them). It's probably an issue if not enough service personnel, but it can be frustrating waiting to hear back
