Poor customer service, unqualified mechanics, and again very poor customer service, don’t not go there!!!!! Service advisor Dante did not call me with any updates, called multiple times to get update and they won’t even answer phone.
Nissan is the worse brand vehicle. I am actually in the market for a vehicle for myself and I stay far away from Nissans. I am telling all my friends and family never buy a Nissan vehicle.
I’ve always had a great experience with the service department at Sheehy Nissan. They send helpful service reminders, appointments are handled quickly and efficiently, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, my car is always returned to me exactly the way I expect it to be. Reliable, consistent service every time. definitely recommend them!
This is our fourth Nissan from Sheehy Nissan. Great customer service and nice staff. Makes it a great experience!
