When I bought my car, I got carried away and purchased a multi-year oil service package—the "VIP" plan—so I could get it done close to home in Perry Hall. Then, they closed that location for oil changes and rescheduled me for this specific location in Glen Burnie... I always arrive on time for my appointment, yet they tell me my oil change is going to take three and a half hours because they are completely booked! Sheehan cool, I respect the way they do business.
I scheduled awhile you wait oil change for 12:30. When I got there, there were 5 employees in the bay. One was working, 2 were arguing about where to have lunch, one guy never looked up from scrolling on his phone and one guy appeared to be napping in front of his computer. As I checked in, I was told they were backed up and it would be two or more hours. If they knew they were that backed up, why didn't soneone reach out to the while you wait appointments to give us a chance to reschedule. I rescheduled for 9:30 on Tuesday ... read more
