This is the 3rd Lexus Service Center I've visited since purchasing my vehicle and the customer service was exceptional compared to the others. My service rep was Ray Dallas. He was informative and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. While meeting with him and going over the needs of my vehicle, I didn't feel rushed, and he took his time. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Sheehy Lexus Service Center.
Sold us a used vehicle with 25k miles and the contract said extended warranty would add 75k miles from date of purchase. So we expected our coverage to go up to 100k. But we just found out they decieved us and told the warranty company to start the 75k from build date. Shady stuff.
Great experience with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Paul who helped us was great to work with, very knowledgeable and was not pushy. I highly recommend them!

Even regular maintenance service at Lexus is very expensive. Based on my experience over the past 3 years at this dealership I am unlikely to buy another Lexus.
