Service advisor was called on three separate occasions and never returned any of my inquiries. Promises to reach back out but does not. Took my business to another dealer.
Service agent was called or texted on three different occasions and never returned my inquiries. I had oil change and cabin air filters charges at 40,000. Total 560. Overpriced and small charges like electronic paper and shop charges that were crazy that I had to pay for the bill papers and for their use of their tools. Small amounts but what the heck. Have had 3 different Lexus and this Lexus 3023 is set up with a three year trial for my GPS system. Not clear on the benefits so decided not to pay for. Now my cell connection... read more
The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and organized, and the repair was completed faster than expected. Joe took the time to fully understand the wiper blade/windshield problem and explained the plan clearly—no pressure, no upsell. I waited on site; the lobby was clean, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the technician video and the extra touch of returning my car freshly cleaned. Highly recommend!
