Overall pleasant experience; specifically Brad in service and Josh in parts were very friendly, helpful and really worked with us to save us time and money. I've been to several Ford dealerships for service all across the country and honestly, this is my new favorite, and I will drive out of the way to go to this one again.
Came to Sheehy Ford of Ashland after looking at other Ford dealerships in the area. As soon as I arrived, Kerry greeted me and made the experience buying my first car a wonderful experience. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely kind and informative! I can't speak for the service department yet, but as far as purchasing a car, I am highly recommending Sheehy Ford and Kerry specifically.

Paid for an alignment that they never did but took my truck for over 2hrs.. I tried reaching out to Moekiley and Megan and haven’t heard back from either. Terrible service all around. It usually takes them 1.5hrs to do a simple oil change/tire rotation and they don’t even rotate the tires when they say they do, ridiculous! I will be switching to the Sheehy in Richmond for service.
