Took truck in with a bad gas pedal, AC working marvelously on the way to the dealership. Pedal repair 1100 later. Truck picked up next day, AC doesn't work, air bag compressor unhooked (no where near the gas pedal), stereo equipment unhooked and wires all bent/crimped. He fixed the airbag compressor and the stereo equipment because he knew how and didn't want to nitpick, but went back an hour later about the AC. Purchased a 2022 used toyota chr from here with 62k miles . Amd an extended warranty. Transmission blew at 64k. They pretty much wanted nothing to do with it . Sent me to Toyota. Ac and folding mirror went at 80k. Again wanted nothing to do with it. Sent me to Toyota. With the extended warranty. Im into the mirror and ac for around $700. . So thanks for nothing.
Overall pleasant experience; specifically Brad in service and Josh in parts were very friendly, helpful and really worked with us to save us time and money. I've been to several Ford dealerships for service all across the country and honestly, this is my new favorite, and I will drive out of the way to go to this one again.
Came to Sheehy Ford of Ashland after looking at other Ford dealerships in the area. As soon as I arrived, Kerry greeted me and made the experience buying my first car a wonderful experience. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely kind and informative! I can't speak for the service department yet, but as far as purchasing a car, I am highly recommending Sheehy Ford and Kerry specifically.
