Paid for an alignment that they never did but took my truck for over 2hrs.. I tried reaching out to Moekiley and Megan and haven’t heard back from either. Terrible service all around. It usually takes them 1.5hrs to do a simple oil change/tire rotation and they don’t even rotate the tires when they say they do, ridiculous! I will be switching to the Sheehy in Richmond for service.

Well I took my truck to Sheehy ford of Ashland for brakes . I was told by Ferber that my catalytic converter was bad. Fortunately Noel informed me all diagnostic was perfect. He was pleasant, informative, well dressed and great attitude and appearance . Great presentation for the dealership . He informed me I had a recall and he had ordered the parts !
