DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE REPAIRED UNLESS THEY ARE COVERING A WARRANTY. This place is straight ripping people off. They wanted $1259 for Ford OEM Catalytic converter assembly and then the $500 core fee on top of that. The price doesn't even reflect the MSRP?!! Then there is the labor on top which is to be expected, no qualms here. Won't be coming back here. Service advisor Alan was nice enough, but all of their advisors were impossible to get ahold of. Multiple calls throughout the week went nowhere. I just wanted to drive my truck soonest, so I was prepared to pay a few hundred for them to set me straight. After a week and $190 for taillight diagnosis, they quoted $2,300 to re-wire taillights. My ford bronco was in the shop for an extended amount of time, I was so thankful it all was covered under my warranty except a small $100 deductible. The repairs were in the thousands. My service representative Nick was absolutely awesome. He called me on a regular basis to give me an update and I could tell he genuinely thought of my concerns. Nick has restored my faith that there really are people that care about their customers and the care they receive
