I bought a new Bronco and have slowly been adding accessories. Tony in the parts department has been great to work with. A true professional. I will only buy my Ford parts from Sheehy. Jeff B.
My Ford transit was under warranty, the first time I took to them for transmission issue (25k miles) then they didn't found anything wrong, they said, I asked for the same issue many times until the 54K miles when finally they found a transmission problem, they rebuild the transmission and gave me 2y of warranty, the problem wasn't fixed at all, I took again the car to them las November 2024 and until now feb 2025. Took our car in for a recall. They had it over 2 weeks and then returned the car WITHOUT DOING THE RECALL WORK. We brought the car back again and they RETURNED THE CAR AGAIN WITHOUT THE RECALL WORK BEING COMPLETED. The communication during the entire process was abysmal. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service department is absolutely horrible and should be avoided at all costs.
Miguel was my service agent for the day and he was excellent. The service was great and the check in/ check out process was quick and easy
