The customer service was fine but their prices are ridiculous. Any other Ford Dealership in the area is cheaper for general services like oil changes and tire alignment or at least have coupons/rebates/deals. Somehow the oil change package and a tire alignment cost me just about $375. They do not do the works package but their own “sheehy fuel saver”. For how much you pay, plus having to make an appointment… I would have preferred it did not take over 2 hours as well. I would probably not go back here for those reasons.

Took my bronco sport in for a patch/ replacement and check out the shop. Tanner saw there were a few recalls and said he could have my SUV back to me by 10an while I waited. He noticed I had a Cigar in my pocket and pointed out some picnic benches in a nice well shaded grass area. I was updated on the progress and was out the door in a freshly washed SUV by 9:30am. Great servive from a well run service department.

I waited over 3 and a half hours for an oil change on My Husband Truck, and He had an appointment. I do not recommend going to This Sheehy Ford . It is Best to Go Out Virginia .

I bought a new Bronco and have slowly been adding accessories. Tony in the parts department has been great to work with. A true professional. I will only buy my Ford parts from Sheehy.
