I bought a new Bronco and have slowly been adding accessories. Tony in the parts department has been great to work with. A true professional. I will only buy my Ford parts from Sheehy.
I would give 5/5 if this review were just about Kevin, my service coordinator and the dealership. Kevin was so kind, responsive, helpful, and sympathetic. I told him my sob story about having a NEW Bronco sport that has experienced so many engine troubles and disrupted my life and he listened, heard me, and did everything he could to get my car seen as soon as possible even though they were so busy. Joe Walsh has been taking care of me and my Fords for years. Best dealership I've delt with.
Horrible. Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for a car wash as I have the Sheehy VIP club service, and they didn’t even get around to that. I think this is really a front desk/customer service issue, because I know the technician finished my service at 1:15 based on a video text I received. I still didn’t get in my car until 2:40. When I asked twice where my vehicle was, they pointed me to the wrong car.
My buying experience here sucked so bad that I ended up buying at another dealership. I did do my first service here because it’s close by. Service was ok. They charged me a full package of $180 on a new car (not worth it imo) and took a whole day to get my car back.
