Visited the dealership on Wednesday and met with Axle. He was very attentive and had good knowledge of the cars we were looking at. If he didn't know an answer, he found out for us. Extremely polite, personable and patient. We returned on Thursday and purchased a Bronco. Although it took some time for him to detail it and get it ready, we were pleased with the results. Trevor was very courteous and helpful without being pushy. I always hated going to dealerships. This was the first positive experience I have had at a dealership. We got a fair price for a trade in and drove away in a very nice gently used vehicle.
Walk in and did not what to help me find the parts I need because had commercial customers behind me. Not coming to this site again.
