Had a good experience working with Kevin the service advisor. Picked up my car and issues were resolved. I appreciate the Lyft service back to the dealership.
It was a positive experience from beginning to end. We had a newer salesperson and he was very conscientious. Definitely, had great product knowledge about the vehicle. From sales to service highly recommend this dealership.
Bad experience.made an appointment a week and a half in advance, dropped off at 8:00 am, didn’t get touched until mid day the next day. Lack of communication throughout, and car sat for another 4-5 hours after it was done until I was told it was ready. Had the car for 5 days to get two tires. People forget ford has an app to track where your car is.

Les doy un 0. El muchacho que me atendió Kevin fue pesado me dejaron mal la camioneta. Le arruinaron el aire acondicionado apareció quebrado el espejo derecho y cuando fui se negó atenderme le envié fotos de todo lo que dejaron mal y no e tenido respuestas necesito que lo arregle. Gracias .
