I took my car in for it's scheduled oil change and tire rotation. On my way back to DC, I noticed a flapping sound from the tire on the drivers' front side. My car was also shaking as I drove. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager Holly. She was wonderful! She listen to my issue, sent a tow truck to pick my car up from DC and took care of it. Michael Brownlee did an amazing job helping me get the car I was looking for. He made it easy.
Left my Mustang for inspection, it took 2 days to find that steering rack need to be replaced, getting the estimate for repairs also took some time. When came to take my car, found broken antenna on my passenger seat, when asked why, got a reply that it was after washing!
