Kerry took the time to look at my car even though he was clearly very busy. He is knowledgeable, kind, and fair. As a woman who doesn’t know much about car mechanics, I’m always nervous bringing my vehicle into a shop because I’ve had experiences where I felt treated unfairly or charged for things I didn’t need. Kerry is outstanding! I’ve been taking my car to him for a few years now after he was recommended by a friend. He is always extremely honest and I really appreciate how he tells you straight up what needs to be done and what can wait. He has also helped me with other car related things by referring out to other places in Kelowna. I usually cross reference everything with my dad & he even jokes about bringing his truck in to see Kerry when he visits from out of province :)
