I rarely write reviews, but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful customer service and expertise at Sheehan Cadillac. JT, who assisted when my daughter’s car was in an accident, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. Unfortunately, we have not had the same experience in other local Cadillac dealerships. Shout out to Sheehan Cadillac. They have earned our future business.

Highly recommend Carlos!! He is the best. Prior to getting him, I didn’t have a great experience with another person (don’t want to mention names) but Carlos changed my whole experience around. I was even willing to go out of my way to another dealer just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this person. Thankfully to Carlos, I only get to deal with exceptional service but also convenience. He’s efficient, goes out of his way, is available, kind, and has a great personality.

This was the worst body shop we’ve ever dealt with. They had our car for over one month. Kept giving us a run around. Stopped answering our emails (which I have proof of). Stopped calling us back. Finally when I got a hold of someone, it was “yes it will be done tomorrow.” But by that time we had already had our rental car for over a month so we were being charged for that.
