This was the worst body shop we’ve ever dealt with. They had our car for over one month. Kept giving us a run around. Stopped answering our emails (which I have proof of). Stopped calling us back. Finally when I got a hold of someone, it was “yes it will be done tomorrow.” But by that time we had already had our rental car for over a month so we were being charged for that. Awesome working with JT. First class service, workmanship and attention to details
I make it a point to only write positive reviews so it saddens me greatly to have to write this but I was treated very poorly from the service associates here. The sunroof on my XT4 opened on its own and then wouldn’t close. I was concerned because of the heavy afternoon storms. I was told it would be $220 just to look at it. Fine.
