Horrible experience. Recently bought a house which had a shed built by this company and it leaks in mulitple spots. Tried contacting the company and got an email asking for photos. Have since sent the photos and now been ghosted with no replies to book it when they are coming out to fix my shed. Have tried calling the companies phone number and only get to speak to a robot and left mulitple messages with no replies. Very disappointed by this companys services and lack of communication!
Ill start with the shed quality and the builder himself derserve more than 2 stars for that itself. Good structure and communication with THE BUILDER ... can never get a hold of Shedzone office, waited over 14 months after I had made the payment needed to start the job. Took for me to go out there and demand to see the boss, who was too chicken to come out and see me instead sent another guy out. After this was told 4 weeks, still took another 3 months.
