The installation crew showed up 5 hours late just as it was getting dark, I felt like they were rushing but the end result looked okay. Less than 4 months later almost half of one side of the roof's singles have blown off. Which tells me that the singles were not put on properly. I have called 3/4, 3/22, 4/2, 4/13 and 4/25 about the repair. I get told the exact same thing each time, they are working on dates and someone will call me. I am very disappointed with the customer support provided by Sheds USA. On numerous occasions over the last two plus weeks I have received committments from Sheds USA staff related to shed installation. My shed install date was Sept 11. The last commitment from the district manager was that my installation would be completed yesterday, Sept 28. I'm still waiting. I would add that the quality and workmanship of what has been completed to date is excellent. Richard W. Harshbarger

Buyer Beware! Sheds USA sells through Home Depot. The doors on my shed were warped upon installation. It took several weeks from the time that I called for the "repair technicians" to come. They proceeded to block plane the doors in place making a huge mess in my yard and making the doors even worse. I then called to have them replaced. After several more weeks the doors were replaced with 2 doors that look like a child made them, and the lumber used looks like it was rough cut with a buzz saw.
