I'd inquired with Eric about a "repo" unit he had listed. He responded that he would be in office between 10am-5pm on August 26, 2025 and would provide the answers to my inquiries then. Job not finished from October. No communication. They have been paid in full. Eric not doing his job to ensure timely service. Eric feels its not his problem since he doesn't do the installs.
