This location saved us! The owners are super nice and wonderful people. This was my first time with uhaul and they explained the process and charges to the T! They even stayed open late to help me so I can purchase the equipment for my move because I didn’t know how to do the mobile check in process myself. The truck I wanted wasn’t there so they charged me a cheaper rate for the inconvenience. HIGLY recommended this location for your next move. Thank you Ms.Moore
I am not please about the service of this particular U-Haul located on Houston Road. Everything was unorganized and nothing was explained. The U-Haul truck itself was raggedy, the door was unhinged and then on top on that the owner charged me for gas and there was no gas in it from the beginning. The gas meter was broken as well. On top of that I had to contact roadside assistance for them to change two of the tires that had two big nails in it. I am disappointed about the charges that were charged to my account.
