If you're the seller, I DO NOT recommend Shedor law firm at all. I wish I could give them negative 100 *. Most correspondence until closing date is through closing coordinators who are incompetent. They made many errors from the moment I started dealing with them which wasted much of my time chasing their errors. The associate attorney I had corresponded with was also not helpful in explaining anything.
They are excellent and the best!!! We used them when we purchase our house. Absolutely we will use them again, there is not words to describe our experience with them. Hector Escobar.
Pete Shedor knows real estate law like the back of his hand! He is very capable and is there personally for every thing. He even cancelled a planned lunch so that he could be there for our rather sticky closing (in addition to the attorney that was handling the closing). Jim is also an excellent paralegal and does a great job with the paperwork- he will hunt you down to get the answers he needs in order to keep the closing on schedule. I don't recommend these people mostly because they are rude and very busy. I think they've taken on to many clients and don't have time for each person. Whatever you do don't get Marty Miller.
