Opens at 8am for appts, started calling and kept getting busy signal. By 8:01, message said they were full for the day. Seriously? It took you 1 min to fill up an entire day of appointments?
Useless place! I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday, ended up giving up and called again, they had a message saying they were all booked for the day and not accepting anymore calls. So they were just gonna keep me on hold and not let me know I was on hold for nothing.. This morning I called again , I just had a busy time the whole time since 8 something I called them at least 20 times to get through the line.
