not good service call at 8:30when it opened and still on the phone at 9h nobody answered it says call being transfered every 2 minute

I have been attempting to make an appointment here for the past week and a half, and have been hung up on after being on hold for anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes E V E R Y time I have called. This is incredibly unprofessional, and definitely breaks the oath of “do no harm” that professionals in the medical field are supposed to uphold and practice.

the phone line is horrible, ive called 56 time this morning then i get hung up on. I've now been hung up on 12 times. The staff is not friendly but the Dr's are usually nice, i hate calling this clinic its a nightmare

Quick and professional service. I had the initial message at 8:01 that appointments were full for the day but I'd say there's a glitch in their phone system because obviously that isn't possible for all appointments to fill in 1 minute. So I called back and back and after a few tries I was put on hold for a few minutes and then got an immediate appointment. Once there, we were seen within 15-20 mins of scheduled time and service was friendly and professional.

This is not an emergency room option as listed. If you show up at opening they will direct you to make a phone appointment. Should not be listed an an emergency option.
