I stopped in for my first class at Blueprint just recently and, wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Group classes aren’t usually something I’m into but this experience was great. We had an amazing trainer/coach, the workout was intense but super productive and doable for many ability levels. The other clients were friendly and supportive. All around this is such a great place to start or continue your health and wellness journey. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
The energy is great. The instructor was friendly and gave clear directions as well as encouragement and positive feedback. The stations are well organized and the atmosphere is respectful and inclusive.
I really enjoyed both blueprint classes I’ve done so far. I primarily strength train, but have done other group fitness classes in the past and I really preferred this version’s blend of strength to cardio. The stations keep things fun and interesting. I’m excited to try more classes!
Rich was absolutely killing it 🔥💪 such an amazing instructor!! Had our muscles crying 😭 and shakinggg but honestly so worth it 😮🔥 we all walked out feeling better and stronger after. First class and I already know I’m in for more✨ strongly recommend !!
Reason for visiting this location was for a Faith RXD event that this business will host on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Not only did the event exceed my expectations, but the business exceeded my expectations. I’m hoping to continue visiting this business for numerous similar occasions for the foreseeable future!
