5/5 stars for Shed. A shame I have to cancel my membership due to moving cities. A great environment for those who want to take their strength and conditioning to the next level. Customer service and experience is a priority here. Lots of smiling faces and great atmosphere. Shout out to Mike and his team.
A second home to me, the gritty atmosphere is perfect for pushing yourself to grow both mentally and physically. Mike and the trainers are super friendly and welcoming as well.
