I had to have a tooth pulled and was very worried about the pain the healing all the normal things but I needed have been.It only took a half hour and it was totally painless even the numbing shots .And no pain or swelling a day afterward .The dental assistant was great answered all my questions and Tyler Kalmuck D.D.S.was very professional and explained other options I had about a implant which thankfully I don't need .I would definately reccomend this place .
I have really bad anxiety with dentists and have ignored a tooth pain for years. It turned out that it needed to be removed. I was petrified. I went to the Oral Surgeon and literally tears started streaming down my face as I was checking in. The receptionist was amazing and helped me through my fears, calming me before we even did paperwork. Then once I was back in the chair, anxiety hit again and tears were falling. I had a very positive experience! Dr. Schultz made my apprehension disappear. I’m glad I chose Sheboygan Oral Surgery for my extraction.
Five Stars because Jane in recovery was the sweetest lady. The dentist was also friendly, but the office staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.
I don't normally leave comments. However I am very disappointed in their poor customer service. I called today to make an appointment for jaw surgery, which is clearly listed on their website as a service they provide. The woman who picked up the phone was very rude and told me that they don't have this type of service. Super super bad attitude. And please update your website which is so misleading.
