Dental offices are usually. Not the most popular places. I must admit S O M A has a completely different approach. My first time to need an extraction in my 89 years . My experience was completely different and relaxing. Dr Anderson made me feel relaxed and in just a short time, I was out of there and home..I followed the instructions and didn’t have to use anything needed need any. Need anything else.
Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. Over charge for services and will add fee's like new patient and charge for supplies that were not used. When you complain about the charges they will ignore you.they don't even deserve 1 star, 0 stars.
I just had two extractions done yesterday and I can’t tell you enough how much the staff takes care of you. I have an extreme fear of needles and not waking up from sedation (don’t know why). I was able to have my boyfriend in the room. I was giving nitrous to mellow me out and the staff waited until I was good to be sedated. I felt like falling asleep and was very slow to react and I felt a tiny bit of the needle and I was out like a light. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough. Staff was welcoming and amazing from the moment I walked into the door. They squeezed me for a painful emergency, they worked with me through insurance. The whole team was able to quiet my dental anxiety. The doctor took time to walk me through every step. Laid out expectations and made me aware of what to expect! Hopefully I do not need oral surgery in the future but if I do, a lifelong customer! 10/10 in every category!
Everyone on the staff was great - my daughter was so nervous about the procedure (wisdom teeth removal) - but everything went so well and staff was friendly and kind. Shout out especially to Jane who took care of us after the procedure. She was kind, informative and a delight to interact with. She answered questions with knowledge and made my daughter and I feel calm and reassured. Highly recommend!
