Somewhat disappointing. We purchased a 2025 Cadillac with 530 miles on it in late October 2024. The day of purchase was pleasant and an easy transaction, however we noticed the car was missing the front floor mats. The Salesman assured us they would be located and sent to us. After repeated calls and emails almost 3 months later we still don't have them. We were told a set was ordered in mid November but the supplier has them on backorder.
