RecommendedA shout out to the best vet team ever at the Sheboygan Animal Hospital. First they welcomed Pumpkin a feral cat that I am taking in with open arms after I trapped her. With no appointment they scanned her for a chip, vaccinated her for rabies and transferred her to a pet taxi even though she tried a Houdini and made a run for it in the exam room. Had a scare with my 2 babies Stella & Stanley (chihuahuas)... they're so little things can go wrong really fast! But they took my multiple calls, fit us in on a Friday, & really seemed to care. The price also wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting (always a good thing)! Thank you everyone!!
Dr. Richard and the staff took great care of my dog that ate chocolate. They were very busy that day and he still took the time to explain things to me. He even came in at 7:30 am the next day to treat him again even though he didn't work until 10:00 am because he knew we were leaving for an out of town wedding that afternoon!
My Rylee went in for cherry eye surgery. Not 3 weeks later her eye popped back out. The Dr. has the audacity to say, well we can do the surgery again (I get to pay the $400 again), but it is just cosmetic, she doesn’t need it. Look up pics of cherry eye. I refuse to believe it doesn’t bother her. Terrible bedside manner. Do not recommend.
Wasn’t allowed to go in with my kittens (I had a mask and everything prior to arriving), was told the visit would cost 130 and it ended up being 200 and their only excuse was “I don’t know who told you that.”; was told “no news is good news” about my kittens test results..... would it kill you to call? Had brief questions and felt rushed because all conversation was held outside like a drive thru. Not a place I can trust to care for my fur babies.
Dr. Travis and Richards are both so nice. my animals and I appreciate the attention and care our animals get.
even during a pandemic they were extremely kind and informative. as a new patient here macy was well taken care of. thank you so much!
