Dr. Poulose is an amazing doctor! She’s professional, caring, and genuinely listens to her patients. She always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and shows great knowledge and compassion. I’ve never met another doctor who provides the same level of care and professionalism that she does. Highly recommend!
I had a wellness check-up scheduled today at 9:45 AM with Dr. Sheba Poulose, DO, an appointment I booked more than two months in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the appointment had been incorrectly entered as a standard “office visit” instead of a wellness exam. I am thankful for the outstanding support from the front office and nursing staff, I am very disappointed in Dr. Sheba Poulose’s lack of flexibility and refusal to provide care. Patients should never be left feeling dismissed over internal scheduling errors….particularly when I am cooperative and respectful in trying to resolve the issue.
I saw Dr. Sheba Poulose at Kelsey-Sebold when looking for a new Primary Care physician. I didn't have to look very far. She was extremely thorough, personable and informative.
