This used to be a reputable company. I've purchased soap for my mother for years without any issues. However, this year I placed an order on November 29, 2024. I received an order confirmation that included 3 day shipping. To date (January 3, 2025), I have not received the order. I sent at least 4 emails and left several voicemails as a follow-up explaining that the soaps were Christmas gifts for my mother. None of my emails received a response. I USED to love the shea butter but idk what happened or who owns it now but THEY ARE SCAMMING! I ordered butter and soap on 11/11 with 3 day shipping, called after 3 days with no tracking info and the “seller” told me to send them a text with my name, order # and purchase date, sent the text as soon as we got off the phone and never heard from them again and whenever I’ve tried calling them again, they send me to voicemail. I have been ordering soap for a couple years now and liked the product, but the customer service is awful!! I placed an order in early September, they charged me $70, and I still have not received the order. I have emailed them on four different occasions and also left a voicemail on their customer service number, and I have not gotten a single reply from them. They're now in the category of just a crook taking money and not delivering.
