I've been using Sheaves mechanical for at least 10years(see attachment). Kevin has grown his business because of the great service he and his employees provide. Yesterday was no exception. A/C stopped unexpectedly around 3pm and my first call is to Sheaves mechanical. They had a tech at my home diagnosing the issue within an hour and he changed the a/c contactor and capacitor (pro-actively changed at same time). Cory spent a few hours figuring out why our wall air conditioner was still not working after the mother board was replaced. It was mice from the attic eating wires. He took the wires back to the shop and another team member replaced them. Cory came back and reinstalled the wires and all is good. Cory was friendly, easy to talk to and he was just as excited as us that we had air conditioning again. Thank you Cory for not giving up and doing a great job!
Same day service provided. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Issue was diagnosed quickly and explained plainly. Costs are reasonable and workmanship is professional. Temporary fix completed until part arrives. Pleased with work, attitude and overall service. Sheaves installed the equipment in 2018 and is the only company called to work on HVAC system. Will continue to use Sheaves Mechanical in the future.
Crew was on time, respectful of our home and contents, cleaned up and explained furnace and A/C units. Excellent Customer Service experience.
I received excellent service when I called Sheaves for an emergency on a Saturday morning. They arrived within an hour and replaced my thermostat. I highly recommend them.
