Disappointed. During a service call I complained the blower motor won't start. Instead of taking the time to triage the issue, they quickly concluded the motor was old and blown and offered to install a new one at the cost of nearly $3000, according to their quote. The problem, in fact, was in loose wiring harness - everything is working fine once it had been reconnected.
Very efficient and knowledgeable They also communicated special instructions to wonderful employees that came to install. Also, cleaned up well after they were finished. Great job installing our new furnace. Lisa Hammill
Kevin was fantastic. More than willing to take a look at our furnace over the Easter long weekend. Immediately returned to finish the job when ordered parts came in. Highly recommend!
Kevin and his entire team were fantastic! Professional, quick service and a competitive quote. We got a quote for a gas line extension, and had it complete in under a week from the initial quote. Thank you again!
