I have been seeing Dr Tsai for three years to deal with bladder issues and find her to be a very thorough, detail oriented and compassionate physician. I do not feel rushed when in her office as she takes the time to discuss my issue and answer all of my questions as well as laying out my treatment plan with me. I highly recommend her.
Brilliant surgeon who is outstanding in the operating room and very focused on dealing with the pathology at hand. Knows her job and the limits of medicine, achieves excellent outcomes.
Terrible. Went for first cystoscopy. Asst gives lidocaine, 20 min later Dr shows (I am 1st appt of day) and doesn't give any more lidocaine before doing procedure. I was in severe discomfort for 2 hours afterwards. After she says she found a "cyst" and that I need surgery right away. Calls me every 2 days to rush surgery. Later found 99% of bladder cysts are cancerous tumors. She never mentioned the C word. Bad communicator. No compasion. Went to BWH - glad I did. You should too. Not recommended
I had an appointment with her dr. Tsai and unfortunately I had to cancel it not quite at the last minute because I had a family emergency I was nice enough to stop by the office and let them know that unfortunately the reception is too I talked to was very very very rude it to the point where she didn't even want to let me go she kept arguing with me over the appointment that is very unprofessional I should have gotten her name but I was in a big hurry and she should have understood that !
