Do not trust these people. I went here a few months ago and left a two star review due to their bad attitude. I went to another shop and found that this shop had tried to rip me off. They said my CV joint boot was torn needs to be replaced immediately. I had it looked at again and was shown with pictures that theirs is absolutely no issue here, the clicking noise was from a missing clip - fixed for $50. The shop immediately conducted all the necessary exams to find out what the problem was with my vehicle. Once they found out, they informed me and advised me the costs and how long it would take to resolve. They were extremely professional and very reasonable. Every other shop wanted to just Replace any parts that I needed whether they were working or not. I would highly trust share automotive to do any further work on my vehicles. Their professional and excellent.
I had work done on my transmission (the throw-out bearing). They took the appropriate time to get the job done, but my car came back with multiple serious mechanical issues. Now my power windows don’t work, my power mirrors don’t work, and the gauges/lights on my Ford Focus ST don’t work either. The radio display has lines running across. My backup camera wasn’t been working and noticed they had fixed maybe the mechanic that worked on it didn’t do the job right. A big shout out to Shea's Auto (especially Shea, Nick, Caleb, Alex and) for servicing my car this week. This is the best shop I know. I used to live in Albuquerque, but have moved out of state. I still bring my car back once a year for service, because I trust them and they are that good!
They got me in the same day and were able to get the part and fix my vehicle right away. The receptionist is super nice!
