Great facility, the quality of weight training equipment is far superior vs commercial gyms as all standard equipment is used. Only issue is the non existent hours for pool use for someone working a 9 to 5 job.
Wonderful facility with amazing, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Just added some new equipment too! They offer a wide variety of classes and activities for all ages!
This facility has better standard training equipment and temperature control vs GoodLife chains. Only issue is the pool is never open at convenient hours for 9 to 5 working people. Lane swim is only open during early morning for only 1 hour during weekdays and closed for the rest of the day.
