I thought she was a nice person and knew what she was doing.my appt.was 1pm..i left at 6:10pm. she said she could do the color and cut I asked for. (have ALL msgs) had to find diff color once I arrived. still didn't get the color right. not even close. I also have pics of before and after. the cut was uneven and didn't get any layers as I asked for.
